Refund & Return Policy

Order Cancellation

You may cancel a retail order at any time.

• If you cancel prior to order confirmation, you'll receive a full refund, except as otherwise required or permitted by applicable law.
• If you cancel after order confirmation, a $100 cancellation fee applies. A documented market-loss charge may also be assessed under the Market Loss Policy if cancellation, failed payment, dishonored payment, refused delivery, or other failure to perform creates a market deficit. Florida Gold Exchange will not assess a market-loss charge if the Market Loss Policy calculation shows no deficit. All charges remain subject to applicable law.

If we fail to ship or make your order available for pickup within the applicable fulfillment deadline, you may cancel for a full refund, except as otherwise provided by applicable law for agreed delays, customer-caused delays, compliance holds, payment-verification holds, or force-majeure events.

Refunds issued under this policy will be made within three business days of cancellation.

Returns & Exchanges

Defective Products

We accept the return or exchange of any product which is incorrect, damaged in transit, not as represented, or otherwise defective.

• If you picked up your products in person, you must initiate the return or exchange at the time of pickup, except as required by applicable law.
• If your order was shipped, you must initiate the return or exchange within three business days of the delivery date, except as required by applicable law.

You may return or exchange products by mail or in store at 2727 E Oakland Park Blvd, Suite 105, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33306.

If returning or exchanging by mail, we offer a downloadable prepaid insured UPS shipping label.

To initiate a return or exchange, call (954) 766-0700 and choose option 3.

We do not charge a restocking fee for returns or exchanges.

If you opt for a return, refunds are processed within three business days of receipt of your items. If you were charged a shipping fee, it is included in the refund.

Customer Remorse

We do not accept returns due to customer error, changes in the spot market price, changes in market conditions, changes in personal circumstances, or buyer's remorse, except as required by applicable law.

Refund Payments

Refund payments will be issued within three business days after cancellation or, for returned items, within three business days after receipt of the returned items, except as otherwise required by applicable law or delayed by payment reversal risk, fraud-prevention review, AML review, sanctions review, elder-exploitation review, customer-protection review, law-enforcement request, legal hold, or other legal or compliance requirement. Refund payments will be issued via our choice of business check, cashier's check, or bank wire. We do not issue refunds in cash, regardless of the original payment method, except where required by applicable law.

If a trade-in credit was applied to the order, refunds are governed by the Trade-In Policy and we reserve the right to refund the dollar value of the accepted trade-in credit rather than returning the traded items, except as required by applicable law.
